After immigrating to the United States in 1996, Mr. Patel was able to quickly build his company from the ground up with very limited resources, albeit a tremendous passion for fulfilling a vibrant vision. Mr. Patel began his career in the hospitality industry in 1997 by managing a family-owned hotel, and soon, as he became more familiar with the industry, Mr. Patel decided to invest in his first hotel in 1998. With his tireless energy and passion for hospitality aided by a great deal of business knowledge and a drive and determination to succeed, Mr. Patel founded A&R Development Group, LLC. Mr. Patel has accumulated a portfolio of globally recognized brands such as Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Wyndham, and Choice.
